Policies

Session Registration

Registration for each session will close at 12:00PM (noon) the day the session starts.  No further registrations will be accepted after this time.  Registration for the next session will open at 1:00PM that day.

Session Cancellation

If minimum registration is not met, the session will be cancelled.  The session cancellation will be determined ONE WEEK prior to the start of the session to ensure no rental penalty

Minimum Registration: 

• • 4 participants for Tuesday

Make Up Classes

If you are to miss a class during a session, there is no opportunity to make up the class. If you know ahead of time you will be away during a class in the month, please let UnLeesh Kickboxing know and a revision to the monthly registration may be made.

Refunds

In the case of a session cancellation, a full refund will be provided back to the participant via e-transfer

Payment

Payment for the session must be received no later than one hour prior to the start of the first class of the session.  Payment can be made by e-transfer to unleeshkickboxing@gmail.com
